Mark Searcy has undertaken projects from tiny homes to 7,000 square feet or more. Searcy Custom Homes builds in first-rate communities like Lake Adger in Polk County, NC; Carriage Park, Skytop Farms, and Champion Hills in Hendersonville, NC; Thrashing Rock in Henderson County, NC; Connestee Falls in Brevard, NC; and in the Cliffs communities in upstate South Carolina.
Some of Searcy Custom Homes first projects were mid-level luxury timber frame and log homes, and this has remained a passion.
From historical renovations to commercial constructions, Searcy Custom Homes has the experience. Some commercial clients include Reformation Presbyterian Church, Contemporary First Baptist, Renzo’s Ristorante, and Camp Graystone. Some other projects include the covered bridge at Dupont State Park, the Club House at Cliffs Community Keowee and the gymnasium at Blue Ridge Christian Academy.
